Meet the Horses and Ponies in the Riding School

Anna is a 13 hh chestnut mare. She is
great for those on or just off the leadrein as she
is really steady and calm. She has been at
Moor End for 20 years. |

Charlie is a 16'1'' bay gelding. He is a
young horse with lovely paces and is just learning
to jump. He is a super safe hack and loves going out
and about. Perfect for those needing confidence on a
hack or in the school. |

Cherry is a 14'2'' skewbald mare. She
is just right for a small adult or teenager.
She works really well in the school, loves to jump
and is a nice safe hack. |

Corky is a 16'2'' fleabitten grey
thoroughbred X. He loves going out for hacks.
Definitely a horse for an experienced adult rider. |

Crackerjack is a 13'2'' grey welsh section B
gelding. He is a super little pony for a rider
who enjoys jumping and has a little more
experience. |

Dougal is a 17 hh thoroughbred X.
Despite his size Dougal is a gentle giant and is
perfect for all levels of experience from your very
first lesson to more advanced schooling and
jumping. He also loves going out and about on
hacks and around cross country courses! |

Henry is a 17 hh Irish Draft. He is
another gentle giant great for adults. He
loves to go out for a hack. |

Jasmin is a 13'2'' chestnut mare. She
is only used occasionally for the more experienced
rider. She is a fabulous jumper. |
 |
Merlin is an 11'2'' cutey. He is great
for young, small beginners as he is safe as houses.
He is a lovely hack for someone with more
experience. |

Murphy is a 17'1'' gelding by Cruising. He is a fantastic all round horse; in the school, over jumps and out on a hack. He has a big heart and lots of character. An exciting ride for the more experienced rider although he will teach anyone to jump as he is so dependable. |

Rachel is a 14 hh chestnut mare. She
is a super hunting and hacking pony, loves jumping
and has loads of character. |

Rusty is a cheeky little chappy! He is only 11'2'' and is a super pony for children to learn on, and is Sarah's favourite! He is small in size but not in personality and keeps everyone in the yard in order including all the bigger horses! |

Serena is a 15'3'' bay thoroughbred mare. She is wonderful in the school with beautiful paces and is very good at teaching dressage movements to her rider. She also loves to jump. |  |
Willow is a 15 hh bay thoroughbred mare by Dutch Gold, hence
she has wonderful paces and is a fantastic all
rounder both in the school and out on hacks/at
events. |
